Summary As smart vehicle implementation continues to mature, their ability to communicate with other vehicles and their surroundings has also matured. Much like the trust system for connecting to websites in a browser, some vehicular communication trust models rely on certificates. P2PCD is a protocol defined by IEEE allowing vehicles to securely distribute certificates in order to ensure trusted communication. Peer-to-Peer Certificate Distribution, P2PCD

The TCN Coalition is a global team of technologists and experts supporting exposure notification applications during the COVID-19 pandemic. They support and advocate for privacy-preserving technologies, realizing that exposure notification apps must be interoperable, trusted by the public, and privacy-preserving in order to succeed.
